PROS Peer Space

Finding safe, clean PeerSpace can be daunting for a professional companion or digital content provider. Working out of your own private location has safety risks including eviction, discretionary issues and liability coverage. AirBnB spaces are not only expensive but with location use restrictions, doorbell cameras, and lack of buzzer control, you and your clients are exposed during every connection you make.  Hotels have a "make them feel uncomfortable" policy, that is specifically targeting professional female companions, resulting in many being asked to leave the property and veiled threats. Even if you are lucky to find shared private resources,  the onus is on you to pay the full overhead for the month (rent, hydro, cable, insurance, supplies) and typically come with time restraints and scheduling conflicts. 

We have a variety of resources available for digital content providers, photographers, and companions of all sorts and gender. Our beautifully decorated, licensed, insured, discreet and safe locations are available to rent per hour, half or full day.  Prices range from $80/hr to $1500 a day, depending on your needs. Discounted bundled rates are available in multiple locations.

Peer Space for All Types of PROS

Think of our peer spaces like AirBnB but with safety, buzzer control, discretion, linen services, supplies, and licensed for the purpose of, no restrictions on your freedom to work how you want and when you want. Our beautiful locations are available for rent by the hour, half or full day. Private secure buildings, back entrance access, discreet by appointment only space, guaranteed privacy is available to all types and genders of professionals. Our PeerSpace is based on first come first serve, meaning once you secure payment the space is blocked off for your use and will not be double booked, it is guaranteed to you for whatever uses you see fit. 

PROS PRIVATE CONDO

  • 12HR DAY : $200
  • 6HR DAY : $150
  • 90 MIN : $100

TERMS Available 10am - 10pm every day of the week. The Condo will be clean and fully stocked upon arrival; it is expected that you will do a general clean including removing all debris, sanitizing surfaces and changing the linens. If the Condo is not properly cleaned or if you do not wish to clean it yourself, there will be a $20 fee charged. Linens, laundry service and supplies are provided, and you will have exclusive use of all the resources at the location (buzzer, internet, shower, kitchen etc.). To prebook a $100 deposit is required and is non-refundable, via e-transfer if possible.  If you or your client is late we will do our best to accommodate - but we can not guarantee extensions.   You will have access to the space 15 min before and after your booked time.  Non-approved extensions will result in a $100 fee to cover customer service issues and added administration duties caused by it. 

PROS SVIPS ROOM

  • 8 HR DAY : $400
  • 4 HR DAY : $260
  • PER HOUR : $80/per hour

TERMS Available hours are 10am - 2am+ depending on demand. Peer space will be clean and fully stocked upon arrival; it is expected that you will do a general clean including removing all debris, sanitizing surfaces and changing the linens. If the space is not properly cleaned, or if you do not wish to clean it yourself, there will be a $10 fee charged. Linens, laundry service and supplies are provided, and access to our spa shower is also available for you or your clients to use. Five different rooms are available, based on a first come first serve basis. To prebook the peers pace a $100 deposit is required and is non-refundable, via e-transfer if possible.  If you or your client is late we will do our best to accommodate - but we can not guarantee extensions.   You will have access to your room 15 min before and after your booked time.  Non-approved extensions will result in a $100 fee to cover customer service issues and added administration duties caused by it.
